A clean commercial laundry installation connects water, drain, power and, for gas dryers, a gas line and a proper exhaust duct. Our project photos show exactly these details: utility plumbing, water inlet hoses, overhead water connections, a dryer gas line and exhaust ducting with safety labels. Before delivery, confirm your electrical supply, water supply and floor drain, the gas supply for gas dryers, a properly sized exhaust duct, a floor that suits the weight of the machines and a clear path (doorways, hallways and elevators) wide enough to bring them in.
Gas and venting work is safety-regulated in Ontario: gas connections must be completed by a licensed gas technician, and the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) regulates fuel safety in the province.
