Use the Request a Quote form on our Contact page, or call us directly. Tell us your business type, your approximate daily laundry volume and your delivery location, and our team will recommend the right LG washer and dryer combination and prepare your quotation.
What information should I include in my quote request?
The more we know, the faster and more accurate your quotation. Include your business type (hotel, laundromat, multi-housing property, clinic and so on), your approximate daily laundry volume, whether you need washers, dryers or both, how many machines you have in mind, the payment system if you need one (card, coin or none), and your delivery city and province.
Why don't the product pages show prices?
We prepare a quotation for each order. Your quotation includes the shipping cost for your location. Delivery of washers and dryers in the GTA is free, so for GTA customers shipping is already covered.
What types of businesses do you supply?
We supply LG commercial washers and dryers to hotels, laundromats, multi-housing properties, fitness centers and other businesses that run their own laundry. Recent installations in Ontario include animal clinics and physiotherapy clinics. If your type of business is not on this list, ask us: the right machine depends on your daily volume more than on your industry.
What is the difference between Card, Coin and OPL models?
Card and Coin models are designed for pay-per-use environments such as laundromats and multi-housing laundry rooms. OPL (on-premises laundry) models are built for businesses that run their own in-house laundry without a payment system, such as hotels and clinics. We will help you choose the right type for your setup.

Delivery of LG commercial washers and dryers is free in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), in every GTA city. Outside the GTA, the shipping cost is provided in your quotation. The free GTA delivery applies to washers and dryers; for parts, ask us for the shipping cost when you request pricing.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. In Ontario, orders are delivered in up to 2 business days. In the eastern provinces (Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador), delivery takes up to 7 business days. In the western provinces (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia), expect 10 to 14 business days. These times are counted from the final order and payment. Ask us for the estimate for your city when you request your quote.
Which cities count as the GTA?
All municipalities in the Greater Toronto Area qualify for free delivery of washers and dryers:
City of Toronto: Toronto, including Etobicoke, North York and Scarborough.
Peel Region: Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon.
York Region: Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Aurora, Whitchurch-Stouffville, East Gwillimbury, Georgina and King.

We ship orders through the freight and transport companies that work under contract with Extox. Your quotation covers the shipping details for your location.
Do you ship outside Ontario?
Yes. We ship LG commercial washers, dryers and parts from our Mississauga warehouse to businesses across Canada. Delivery times are listed above, and the shipping cost for your province is included in your quotation.

We arrange delivery and coordinate professional installation through our trusted installation partners, so your washers and dryers are set up correctly from delivery to the first load.
Is installation available outside Ontario?
Tell us your location when you request a quote and we will confirm the installation options for your area.
What should I prepare before delivery?
Before the machines arrive, confirm your electrical supply (voltage and phase), the gas supply if you are ordering gas dryers, the water supply and floor drain for washers, a properly sized exhaust duct for dryers, a floor that suits the weight of the machines, and a clear path (doorways, hallways and elevators) wide enough to bring them in. Share your layout and utilities with us and we will help confirm the requirements with our installation partner.
Do commercial dryers need venting?
Most commercial dryers need a properly sized exhaust duct to the outside. The exact requirements depend on the model and on your layout, so confirm them before you order.
Can you help with old machines I need to remove?
Tell us what needs to be removed and where it is located. We will confirm what we can arrange for your project.

It depends on your daily laundry volume and your type of business. Are LG commercial washers and dryers covered by warranty?
Equipment supplied by Extox, an authorized LG distributor in Canada, comes with the LG manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms and length depend on the model, so ask us for the details of your model when you request your quote.
